Project description:

The Routes app was a transport application that was created to provide a unique and modernized experience for today's consumers.

Purpose/Objective:

This application was focused on assisting the busy consumer who needs to schedule their travel times to ensure the fastest and most efficient route via public transit. The project also focused on targeting young, tech saavy individuals with its unique and competitive features yet still aimed to appeal to the older generation with its simple design.

Figure 1 and 2: The main screen of the application and the screen where the user can enter their destination and select preferences.

Figure 3: Allows the user to share their routes with others or save it in other locations on their device.

Figure 4: Allows the user to save their favourite routes to avoid having to re-enter information.

Figure 4: Allows the user to prioritize and tailor their route

Figure 5, 6, 7: The three screens above allow the user to carefully schedule their trip while providing suggestions, alerts, and different views.

Figure 8 and 9: The screens above are special features that allow users to view the stats of their trip. The CO2 emissions feature specifically allows users to feel socially responsible for making decisions that positively impact the environment.
